Tesnila GK, the parent company behind the BELO project, has more than 30 years of experience developing and manufacturing rubber products.

We have brought this knowledge and experience to the development and production of BELO products. Throughout, we follow one key principle: quality must be assured at every stage, from material selection to the finished product.

Quality starts with the material

For us, quality begins even before a material arrives at our company - with the choice of suppliers.

For BELO products, we use materials from verified sources and pay particular attention to their quality and suitability for their intended use.

Our in-house laboratory checks every incoming material before production begins. Only when it meets the required specifications do we approve and release it for production.

A controlled production process

BELO products are manufactured in line with production parameters defined and confirmed during validation.

We monitor key parameters throughout production and work to ensure that the process remains consistent and compliant.

Our goal is clear: to deliver the most consistent possible quality in every product, whether it is the first or the last item in a production batch.

100% inspection of every product

Every BELO product undergoes a visual inspection to check that it meets our requirements before dispatch.

In addition, our in-house laboratory periodically tests selected mechanical properties of the products, helping us monitor their compliance with the required specifications.

Care down to the final step

Before a BELO product leaves our company, it is packed by hand in our dispatch department.

We believe quality does not end with production. The care given to a product in its final step - before it reaches our customer - matters too.
